Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Podmerse ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and other interactive properties (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Service.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

  • Copy or Distribution: Copy or distribute any part of the Service without prior written authorization.
  • Modification: Alter or modify any part of the Service in any way.
  • Reverse Engineering: Modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
  • Competitive Use: Access the Service to develop a similar or competitive product.
  • Infrastructure Load: Take actions that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Security Testing: Probe, scan, or perform vulnerability testing without written consent.

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must sign up with accurate information. Each account must have a unique email address. You are responsible for maintaining your password confidentiality. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us at security@podmerse.com.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly fees are charged on your billing date. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years of service.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately. No refunds for the current billing cycle.

Fees

We reserve the right to modify fees at any time. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged based on your billing address.

User Content

By submitting content, you grant Podmerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, modify, and distribute it to provide and improve the services.

Intellectual Property

Podmerse retains all rights, title, and interest in the Website, Services, and underlying technology. If you believe your work has been infringed, contact support@podmerse.com.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODMERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

User Warranty

You represent that: (a) all information you provide is truthful; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; and (c) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law.

Code of Conduct

You may not abuse, harass, or threaten others; contribute infringing or offensive content; engage in phishing; spam; or interfere with the Service.

General Terms
