We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions use HTTPS encryption. Card details go directly to Stripe over SSL and never touch Podmerse servers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start with a free trial offering limited searches and results without requiring a credit card.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime via Account Settings. You retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations activate at the end of the billing cycle.
How does the quota system work?
Viewing podcast contacts costs one credit each. Exporting podcasts costs credits equal to the list size.
Are there search limits?
Monthly search credit allocations exist. Repeating identical searches counts once. Credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Unused credits roll forward. When credits are exhausted, you can upgrade or switch to an annual plan for more capacity.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in the Billing section of your Account Settings.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation halts auto-renewal. Your subscription remains active through the billing cycle. Your account is not deleted and you can resubscribe anytime.
What do exports include?
Exports deliver Excel or CSV files containing podcast names, contact emails, links, descriptions, social media pages, Apple ratings, listener estimates, categories, and locations.
Are there export limits?
Export capacity depends on your plan. See the Pricing page for specific limits per tier.
